We offer daily practices and group gatherings that enhance your experience on topics that are relevant to your goals. You will learn about yourself as an energetic soul being, as well as an amazing woman, mother, sister, daughter, friend, partner and nurturer. We offer insight into your chakras, your intuition, and your own inner answers so you can stop searching on the outside, and start trusting in your-Self.
Together, we allow the magic of each moment to blossom as we explore all of this and more and we embark on the journey of self-discovery together. Our focus is to meet you where you are and co-create a plan that you can integrate easily into your life once you’re home.
WHY CHOOSE SONORAN WINDS
At Sonoran Winds, each week is unique and personalized for each guest, and then specifically tailored around the energy of the group. Our daily Sun/Moon sessions focus on tapping into the essence of each woman; healing and aligning the heart and soul. Meanwhile, our Star Sessions, are additional excursions and group activities, unique to each retreat.
Is there anything you are feeling called to do? Sonoran Winds is here to remind you, if you can dream it, we can do it! If you are feeling something in particular, from horseback riding, to acupuncture and facials, art, dance, drumming, and tantra, there is room in the week for it all.
Our program is all about balance, so we also offer you the flexibility to stay connected to your life at home; whether that means time to work remotely, checking in with loved ones, or just some alone time; you will find the space you need to make real change while at Sonoran Winds.
Our retreat center was opened in 2021 in the heart of the Sonoran Desert. Ideal for beautiful hikes, connecting to nature, sunsets and stargazing. Our Tucson home was located near the downtown area of Tucson, Arizona, in a historic home near the University and the very hip 4th Avenue, near the best shopping in town (crystals, clothing, local favorites), and many beautiful excursions; all just minutes away. This particular space was carefully & lovingly chosen for the purpose of the retreat, and embodies the spirit and essence of Sonoran Winds. It not only holds the space for the sacred energetic exchange, but also feels safe, cozy, and comfortable so you can truly make yourself at home.
For our 2023 sessions, we will be taking all the great energy from the desert and transporting it to the mountains of beautiful Whitefish, Montana!
We will be holding 2 retreats at the Haymoon Resort and will have the entire ranch to ourselves!
OUR ACCOMMODATIONS
Our Costa Rica home is a beautiful oceanfront property in Playa Negra, Costa Rica, located within a 1-minute walk to a private beach. This house is located within a private gated community, so all participants will feel safe, comfortable and relaxed. There is a pool in the yard, hammocks for napping on the porch in the ocean breeze, and very clean rooms with spacious, shared bathrooms. The hostel style room has 5 beds and is offered as our price conscious option, in addition to double rooms, and single offerings. All bathrooms are shared.
Our house follows all CDC guidelines, offers hand sanitizer and masks for all guests, and is outlined below.
